He specialises in advising clients from the media, entertainment and intellectual property sectors on a range of issues including cash management, employee incentive schemes and the valuation of IP rights. He has experience of taking £10 Million+ clients on to the AIM market, financial and operational due diligence, negotiating acquisitions, expert witness evidence, designing and assisting in the implementation of internal systems and ‘hand holding’ directors through periods of change.

Lance L. Young is a media/entertainment consultant and advisor. He has most recently advised or worked with GTCR, Guggenheim, Imagi, CitiGroup, Beijing Film Studio, DreamWorks Animation, Starz Animation, and Cinemalogical LLC. From 1999-2008, Mr. Young was Head of Creative Affairs and Production for DreamWorks Animation. At DreamWorks, Mr. Young maintained oversight in development and production of films from inception through release. During his tenure DreamWorks released 8 films including Shrek, Shrek II, Shark Tale, Shrek the Third, Bee Movie, Kung Fu Panda and Madagascar, and How To Train Your Dragon. Mr. Young currently lectures worldwide in the area of 3-D Technology and Production. He also is a commercial director and producer and produces programming for the Sportsman Channel. Mr. Young graduated from Harvard Business School and the USC Cinema/Television program where he subsequently taught as a professor in the Peter Stark Program.Fluent in: French and Spanish

Joyce Irvine has been in the entertainment industry for many years in various capacities. She began as a theater actress in the UK, working all over country and in London’s West End. She has also written and directed a number of plays. After moving to Los Angeles, she transitioned to the film industry, where she worked in development as a consultant and script doctor for several independent companies and talent agencies. For eight years she worked for William Morris Agency in Los Angeles, analyzing books and scripts for film purposes. At the agency, she was involved at the conception of many successful projects for film and TV, such as ’The Perfect Storm’, ’K Pax’, ’John Adams’, ’Dexter’, and ’Game of Thrones’. For the last few years she has lived in the San Francisco bay area, where she has recorded several audio books, such as ’Sun of Suns’ by Karl Schroeder, and has worked as an editor for books and film scripts, and as a writing coach. She also teaches presentation skills, individually for actors and politicians, as well as in a corporate setting for IT personnel in companies like Cisco. Although the scope of her work is wide, her focus continues to be her original passions of writing and performance art.

Danilo is an Italian Master Student of Law with a specialization in Commercial Law. He recently spent a semester abroad at the Mannheim Business School in Germany. He has focused on International Business Law – in particular on contract negotiations–and Business Management where he became a member of the MCEI - Mannheim Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation - and supported the management team of a German start-up. He has attended an intensive International Business Management course organized by the Department of International Relations of the University of Macerata (Italy) and the Department of Business of Aalborg University (Denmark) concerning marketing and operations in emerging economies. He has gained experience in paralegal work with various Italian Law firms. Danilo has a creative and pragmatic approach with strong analytical skills.
